How long do I have to cancel my purchase?

For eligible online purchases, you have 14 days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you, receives the order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.

How do I request a return?

Contact us at info@gruenwaschen.com within the applicable 14-day period and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

You may also use our withdrawal form , although use of the form is not mandatory.

Are returns free?

Returns sent from Germany are free. After we have received your return request and provided the return instructions, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

For returns sent from all other countries, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Can I try on an item?

Yes. You may inspect and try on an item in the same way that you would in a physical shop.

You may be responsible for a reduction in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and fit.

When will I receive my refund?

We will issue the refund no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

1. Statutory right of withdrawal – 14 days

For eligible online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a person designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within the 14-day period by making a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After informing us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal.

2. Condition of returned items

Please return items in the condition in which they were received, with all original tags and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

You may inspect and try on an item in the same way that you would in a physical shop.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and fit of the item.

A receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase may be required.

3. Return procedure

4. Return shipping costs

Returns sent from Germany are free.

After we have received your return request and provided the return instructions, GRÜNWASCHEN will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Please use the return label provided by us. Please do not arrange and pay for return shipping yourself unless we have instructed you to do so.

For returns sent from all other countries, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for international returns. The customer remains responsible for the return until it reaches us.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us before returning it. Where required, GRÜNWASCHEN will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

5. Customs duties and import charges

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, carrier handling fees or similar charges may be imposed by the destination country or by the carrier.

Such charges are paid by the customer directly to the relevant authority, postal operator, courier or other third party and are not included in the amount paid to GRÜNWASCHEN at checkout.

Because these charges are not payments received by GRÜNWASCHEN, they cannot be refunded by us in the event of a return or withdrawal.

6. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective or different from the item ordered.

Send a description of the issue and, where possible, clear photographs of the item, parcel and packaging to info@gruenwaschen.com .

We will review the case and arrange an appropriate solution. Your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

7. Exceptions – non-returnable items

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including:

• products made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
• sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery;
• certain digital products or services where the statutory requirements for exclusion or expiry of the withdrawal right have been met;
• other products excluded from withdrawal under applicable law.

Items explicitly marked as final sale are only excluded from voluntary returns where permitted by law.

This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or your rights regarding defective goods.

8. Refunds after withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

After we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the amount appears in your account.
