Hard to write about 'sustainability' and even harder to use the word without putting it in quotation marks. It feels that is not defined enough or too defined - and still means something different to everyone. I guess what matters most is how you want to achieve it.

This place is meant, first of all, to avoid the exploitation of people. The environment is definitely important and high on the list of priorities, but people are too. Trying to run this by treating people fairly.

Of course, also to make some money and cover expenses, but with the thought that it can be done without disrespecting people’s time, skills and them.

It feels a bit scary to say this and try to sound truthful, given that many companies have said similar things before and still failed. I hope everyone contributing to GRÜNWASCHEN, one way or another, will get something out of it.
